About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing market strategies and sales policies. Your key responsibilities will include creating market and customer acquisition plans for precision metal parts, managing sales activities to meet targets, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, while also gathering market insights to support strategic decisions. This role requires a proactive, adaptable leader with excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement market strategies, sales policies, and management systems.
- Create and execute market development and customer acquisition plans for precision metal parts, including automotive and hydraulic components, and lathe spare parts.
- Develop and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and targets within the assigned region.
- Oversee sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up, feedback, and adjustments to maintain strong customer relationships and meet sales goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of sales order payments within the assigned region.
- Gather and provide market information and customer feedback to support strategic decisions in marketing, product promotion, after-sales service, product improvement, and new product development.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by company leadership with a focus on quality and timelines
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent in Thai, Mandarin, and English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Preference for candidates who can conduct business negotiations in English.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in automotive parts and at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and dedication, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, execution, stress management, communication, and customer development skills.
