As the NPP AOA Website and Data Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the website and data strategies across markets. More specifically, you will create competitive strategies to drive website traffic, engagement and data acquisition for 11 market level websites as the center of gravity for the NPP AOA digital ecosystem. This will include defining website goals, aligning the website with the organization's brands, and developing strategies to improve the website's performance working closely with the MSE and agency teams on site maintenance and development.
A day in a life of a Digital Manager:
- Build a comprehensive end-to-end website strategy that spans and connects across touchpoints driving and reinforcing NPP AOA's Find, Feed and Care framework. And set an d monitor the relevant KPIs across markets to ensure strategy execution and performance.
- Lead NPP AOA website data strategy and first party data acquisition and activation. Grow pet parent audiences with content recommendation and development to support NPP AOA data and CRM loyalty strategies to drive engagement, recruitment, and retention to grow life-time value of pet parents. Cascade Purina Petcare Club strategy aligned with NPP AOA brand strategy, and set and monitor the relevant KPIs across markets to ensure strategy execution and performance.
- Lead and manage the CRM operations with Integrated Marketing Services CRM team to execute Purina Pet Club CRM above market development and activation across the relevant channels (EDMs, SMS, WhatsApp, Line) to drive pet parent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the AOA MSE teams to ensure flawless execution of the website launch/redesign, maintenance and updates, security enhancements, new features and/or integrations, compliance and accessibility, IT infrastructure and support.
- Lead and collaborate with the IMS Website Content Management team to ensure end-to-end content management and execution across AOA markets. Collaborate with NPP AOA Content Manager on content strategy development, content creation, SEO and content performance and reporting.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement website strategy and opportunities to meet strategic business objectives. Stay abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape to position NPP AOA as leader in engage pet parents with relevant content across pet life stages.
- Develop a strong working relationship with appointed agencies and partners to promote and encourage best practices of content digital marketing.
What makes you successful?
- Digital/Communications/Marketing Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing (Nestle or equivalent) &/or strategic planning, communications, media agency
- In depth knowledge of digital platforms, technology and data platforms.
- Proven experience of driving brand performance in digital media
- Knowledge of digital performance management platforms
- People management experience
- Experience of optimization and testing through analytics and consumer behavior analysis
- Stakeholder Management & Alignment + Strong networking ability
- Project, Budget & Agency Management experience
- Brand management experience is ideal
